solid stay near central
good rate helpful staff convenient location
i got a very good rate on breakfast when i booked in. the staff were very helpful. the gym had all the weights i needed and i found it very useful. the location is convenient because its close to central station.
i could hear noise from corridors. i could also hear noise from outside in room. bathroom needs some updating.

i loved how central this place was! getting around was so easy. the room was a good size, it had everything i needed. the bed was super comfy, and i slept like a log every night!
the minibar wasn't restocked , slightly inconvenient.

central station quick service
the location is good near central station for trains and trams. facilities included a pool, a gym and a cinema. room service was quick and generous with portions. breakfast offered excellent choices.
i found that opening the bedroom doors was difficult. standing at the front desk i felt cold from the air conditioning fan above the door. the bathroom fan wasn't working properly adding to the discomfort.

Decent Location, Some Disappointments
empty dispenser slow response
The room seemed a bit worn. I found the shower wash dispenser empty when I wanted to use it. This remained unaddressed . I eventually asked for fresh towels instead of full service, that gave the feeling of a compromise I did not want to make. The hotel's response felt slow.
